I’m Sofia, a wedding and couples photographer based in Seattle, Washington. Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, I moved to the U.S. in 2013 in pursuit of the American Dream.

My path to photography was anything but straightforward. After years of exploring different majors and chasing various career directions, I found myself feeling disconnected — unsure of what truly made me happy. That’s when I realized that traditional, practical careers alone couldn’t bring me joy. Everything changed in 2019 when I purchased my first camera. What started as a hobby photographing friends quickly became a deep passion and my true calling.

Today, I specialize in capturing love stories—genuine moments filled with connection and emotion. My goal is to create timeless images that celebrate the beauty of relationships and preserve your most cherished memories. When I’m not behind the lens, I’m exploring the stunning Pacific Northwest—whether it’s ferry rides across Puget Sound, paddleboarding, kayaking, or hiking through lush forests. I’ve grown into a true Seattleite over the years, developing a deep connection to the water and the natural beauty of this region. I also have a soft spot for rainy days, cozy coffee shops, and getting lost in a great book.
